Where do you ship?
Shipping is available inside and outside of the U.S., and any country with FedEx

Do you ship internationally?
We offer free International shipping, via FedEx Express shipping, available shipping: over night to USA and 2 days to Europe Canada and the Far east. Australia and remote locations up to 4 days delivery.  All orders are shipped currently from the source, Tel Aviv, Israel

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
Receive complimentary Express International shipping on all orders, at zero additional cost

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
You may change your delivery address up until your order has left the facility for delivery.

Where's my package?
You will be provided a tracking number once your package is on its' way to you.

What if my package arrives damaged?
To open a claim for a damaged product upon delivery, you will need to provide documentation with pictures and a detailed email describing the condition of the product.

What is your return policy?
Returns with a full refund are given within 8 weeks of purchase, and only if the product has not been opened or used.

Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are possible under particular circumstances, please inquire via email

How do I start a return?
Contact us via mail and we will direct you how to proceed

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
Initially yes, but you can get a credit for you return cost on your next order

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You may change or cancel your order as long is it has not yet been shipped

Do you send samples?
We are currently not offering samples with delivery.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
New Customers receive an additional 10% on their first order with the coupon code EXTRA10

I'm having trouble logging into my account, how do I recover my password?
Select "log in" on our website at www.TonyStein.com and there is a link that says "i forgot my password". We will send you a link to resolve the issue.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Tony Stein?
We do not share nor sell your private information.


Are your products Hypoallergenic?
All products have been tested and approved as hypoallergenic. If you feel any irritation or negative response, stop using the products and consult your physician

Do your products have expiration dates?
Our products are safe for use up to 12 months after opening the package.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Our boxing is recyclable, and all bottles are gloss, reusable, and are laser etched rather than having stickers applied. Please upcycle and recycle

Are your products safe for all ages?
For 25+ year of age and above, our products are for external use only, -Discontinue use if skin irritations occur, -Avoid contact with eyes

Do you test your products on animals?
No, our products are never tested on animals .

Do you use synthetics in your products?
We do not use synthetics – All our ingredients are natural oils, plant extract, vegetables, and fruits extracts.

Are Tony Stein products vegan and gluten-free?
All products are free of gluten, free of fragrance, and are gluten-free

Does Tony Stein use parabens?
All our products are paraben free.
