RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returning a skin care product ?
We want you to love our skin care line and we know you will once you use them, but if for some reason the cream isn’t good for you, and you want your money back. All you must do is send it back to us in a time frame of 8 weeks after it’s delivery date.
The returns refund will be within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If for some reason, you request a refund but unable to return the product to us please get in touch with us to check any refund possibilities.
When sending us a return item make sure it is packed well as it is your responsibility until it reach us. Also make sure to save your postage slip information, if future communication is required.
Postage cost is covered by you – but since we allow 8 weeks time frame, you can use inexpensive registered mail cost.
If you returned to us by mistake a wrong item, we are not responsible for it. If we did locate a wrong delivery item and you'd like these sent back to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
If you need a new returns slip - just print one from the email we sent you.
If you need a new returns label – send us an email and we will send you one.
